Why offer preorders?

Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming products and fabric collections before they are released. Many fabrics are produced only once and may sell out quickly. Offering preorders helps us gauge demand and, when possible, increase our order quantities.

All preorders are paid for in full at the time of purchase. Preordering ensures you secure the items you want before they become unavailable.

Please Note:

Arrival dates are estimates provided by suppliers and are subject to change.
We will ship your order as soon as your preorder items arrive at our studio.
Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as supplier orders are placed based on customer commitments.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the preorder arrives. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Why do I need to prepay?

Payment authorizations typically expire after about one week. Without prepayment, we would need to contact you for payment again once your preorder arrives.

Prepayment allows us to process and ship your order promptly without delays. Please note that we do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card information.

Can I add items to my preorder?

Yes! Simply place a new order and include your original order number in the notes at checkout. Whenever possible, we will combine your orders and ship them together.

What happens when my preordered items arrive?

Once your preorder arrives, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Fabric orders require time for cutting, sorting, and packaging.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled, including tracking information for shipped orders or pickup instructions for local collection.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Because payment processing fees are non-refundable and supplier orders are placed specifically to fulfill customer preorders, preorder purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please order only the items you are certain you wish to purchase.

Why might preorders be delayed?

Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are approximate only. Delays can occur due to manufacturing schedules, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, labour shortages, customs processing, public health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to provide accurate timelines, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, and delays beyond our control are not our financial responsibility. We will fulfill your order promptly once the items arrive and will contact you if any concerns arise.
