Your order is cut directly off the bolt in a continuous length. We try our best to make sure our inventory is accurate, however, we occasionally run into a bolt that's shorter than expected. In this case we will contact you to either substitute or refund the appropriate amount. Shipping Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We offer flat rate shipping, Letter Mail - $7.50 (no tracking) and Tracked Package - $17.95 we use UPS, Purolator and Canada Post for those who have a PO Box. Orders are shipped: Letter mail, by Canada Post and do not have tracking. You will be sent an email when your package has been mailed. Expect 5-7 business days for delivery. Tracked packages, you will be sent a tracking number through email. If you have received tracking for your order, it is too late to combine. Local pick up is available. Select the "Local Pick Up" shipping option at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick up. Lost Parcels: Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We will gladly provide any tracking information for your purchase. However, we cannot reimburse you the cost for any lost parcels or re-send you your fabric.
